Dubai Island

Dubai Islands is a massive waterfront development project consisting of five man-made islands. Spearheaded by the leading developer Nakheel, it is drawing significant attention as Dubai’s newest hub for both tourism and residential living.

The project comprises five distinct islands, including Marina Island and Central Island, and is set to feature over 20km of pristine beaches alongside expansive green spaces. The area will host more than 80 hotels and resorts, as well as luxury villas and residential complexes. It also boasts a wealth of leisure facilities, such as family-friendly waterparks and a modern Arabian bazaar featuring over 7,000 retail outlets.
