To attract top talent and creators from around the world, the competition features a total prize pool exceeding $680,000 (approx. AED 2.5 million).

  • Eligibility: Open to global participants regardless of age or professional background
  • Submission Formats: Flexible entries accepted, including innovative concepts, prototypes, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
  • Category Awards: $150,000 awarded to the top winner in each of the four designated categories
  • Overall Championship: An additional prize of approximately $272,000 awarded to the recipient of the "AI Agent of the Year"

This structure ensures comprehensive evaluation across all stages of development, from early-stage ideas to market-ready implementations.

Announcement by Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan and Dubai’s Vision for the Future

This initiative was unveiled by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, during the award ceremony of the 3rd Create Apps Championship held at Emirates Towers Boulevard on October 8, 2026.
